Sweet, Salty and Delicious! Stir-Fried Marmalade Chicken Drumettes
- 5 Chicken wing drumettes - the large end of the wing
- 5 cm Lotus root (if you have some)
- 1 Cake flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Marmalade
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Sprinkle the chicken drumettes with salt and pepper.
- Leave for 10 minutes, then coat with flour.
- Put some oil in a frying pan, and pan-fry the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add the marmalade, soy sauce and sake, and coat the chicken with this sauce.
- Slice the lotus root thinly and deep fry.
- Serve the chicken drumettes with the lotus root as garnish!
