Sweet, Salty and Delicious! Stir-Fried Marmalade Chicken Drumettes

  1. Sprinkle the chicken drumettes with salt and pepper.
  2. Leave for 10 minutes, then coat with flour.
  3. Put some oil in a frying pan, and pan-fry the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
  4. Add the marmalade, soy sauce and sake, and coat the chicken with this sauce.
  5. Slice the lotus root thinly and deep fry.
  6. Serve the chicken drumettes with the lotus root as garnish!
