Chicken Panzanella Salad

  1. Cube up the pepper, cucumber, avocado, and tomatoes, and throw them in a bowl.
  2. Pull the breast meat off of the chicken, shred or chop it, then add it to the veggie mix.
  3. Chiffonade the basil and mint, put the in the bowl and add the croutons.
  4. I love eating this with Briannas Home Style Blush Wine Vinaigrette.
