Microwave-Steamed 1-Bowl Bread Made with Mochi

  1. Mash the banana with the back of the fork.
  2. Add the ingredients in the listed order and mix each time.
  3. Grate the mochi over the bowl, and mix.
  4. Microwave for 7 minutes at 500 W without plastic wrap, and flip the plate.
  5. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
