Southwest Cheese Tart
- 1 9 inch tart shell -blind baked
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 2 Cups jalapeno jack cheese
- 1 Cup roasted corn removed from the cob (reserve 2Tbs. for garnish)
- 1 Cup black beans (cooked and rinsed)
- 1/2 Cup eah red pepper & onion chopped
- 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
- Cumin ,chili powder, salt , wh. pepper
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeno pepper minced
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Make royale.
- Cook the peppers,onions and.,garlic.
- Add all the ingredients to the royale season and reseason.
- pour into shell.
- Bake in a 325 Convection if possible (30 minutes)
