Beef Cabbage Soup
- 2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small heads of cabbage or 12 large cabbage
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 5 cups water
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 beef bones with marrow
- 1.
- In a large soup pot, brown beef.

- Add all other ingredients except parsley.
- 3.
- Bring to a boil.
- 4.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 4 hours.
- 5.
- Serve hot with warm bread.
