Hashed Brown Potatoes Recipe

• 1 pkg. frzn hashed brown potatoes
• 1 sm. lowfat sour cream
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 2 c. grated Cheddar
• 1 c. chicken soup
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 c. butter
• 1/2 c. diced onions

1. Mix together.
2. Put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
3. Top with 1 1/2 c. corn flakes.
4. Pour 1/2 c. melted butter over.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
