Zesty Layered Tortilla Dip

• 13 cup light cream cheese
• 13 cup light sour cream
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil
• 13 cup salsa

1. Combine everything except salsa in a blender or food processor and blend thoroughly.
2. Pour into a small bowl and top with salsa.
