Pasta Fasoli

  1. Chop garlic and saute in 2 tsp (10 ml).
  2. olive oil.
  3. Cut and add can of whole tomatoes.
  4. Sautee eggplant and zucchini in olive oil.
  5. Add Italian paste and sauteed veggies to garlic and tomatoes.
  6. Chop celery and onion and add to above.
  7. Add water if mixture is too thick.
  8. Heat until it boils.
  9. Add beans and specified spices.
  10. Cook for 2 hours and serve over favorite pasta.
