Honey Granola

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In very large bowl, combine oats, coconut, sunflower nuts, and dry milk; mix well.
  3. In medium bowl, combine honey; oil, and vanilla.
  4. Pour over oat mixture; stir to coat.
  5. Divide evenly into 2 ungreased 13x9" pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  7. Let cool slightly; stir to break into smallpieces,.
  8. Stir in raisins.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Store in a tightly covered container.
  11. Tip: to make a soft, chewy granola, add 1 cup additional honey.
  12. Bake 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
