Spicy Sausage and Vegetable Gumbo (Slow Cooker)
- 4 andouille chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups frozen green peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 12 cup water
- Heat skillet to medium-high heat and cook chicken sausages until lightly browned.
- Place all ingredients, including sausage, into slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours.
