Beer Bread

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil and beer.
  3. Stir until dough is just mixed.
  4. Put dough in a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
  6. Remove from oven and let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan to cool some more.
