Chicken Rangoon
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 20 oz chicken meat (rotisserie or canned)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 48 wonton wrappers
- Preheat oven to 375AF.
- Combine cream cheese, garlic, chicken and onion in a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Put about 1 teaspoon of filling on each.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.
- Fold into a triangle and press the edges closed.
- Arrange the rangoon on the baking sheetA and brush with butter.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Serve with BBQ sauce or sriracha..
