Maryland Crab Cakes Recipe

  1. Can use 1/2 tsp.
  2. seafood seasoning.
  3. In mixing bowl, blend all ingredients EXCEPT for crabmeat.
  4. Add in crabmeat, mix in gently, but mix thoroughly.
  5. Shape into cakes.
  6. Cook in fry pan till browned; about 5 min on each side.
  7. Or possibly wrap crabcakes and place in freezer.
  8. Makes 6 crab cakes.
