Ladybirds Christmas Snowmen in Australia .
- 12 sweet plain biscuits / cookies .
- 12 white marshmallows .
- 4 rainbow sour straps .
- 4 long liquorice strips .
- 12 orange candy coated choc bits .
- 36 little coloured candy coated choc bits .
- 1/2 cup icing sugar .
- 1 few drops of water .
- place the biscuits individually on a bite try .
- place the icing sugar into a bowl and add couple drops of water and mix well to make a thick smooth icing mixture , add a little more water if needed .
- place a spoonful of the icing mixture.
- onto each of the individual biscuits and let it spread a little over the biscuit base to create the snowmans melted body .
- place one white marshmallow onto each of the iced biscuits towards the edge of one side of the biscuit to create the snowmans head .
- cut the sour strips into individual colours so that they can be used for the snowmans scarfs , cut 12 small strips of the liquorice so that they can be used for the snowmans mouth , cut 24 little dots out of the liquorice so that they can be used for the snowmans eyes , cut 24 medium sized bits of the liquorice so that they can be used for the snowmans arms , use the 36 coloured candy coated choc bits for the snowmans buttons using three per snowman , and the 12 orange candy coated choc bits use one per snowman as his nose .
- using the leftover icing mixture to secure the liquorice , candy coated choc bits and the sour straps to the snowman to create a melting snowman .
- place on a serving plate and enjoy .
