  1. Brown the lamb, seasoning it with garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add to the pan the ginger, garam masala and tomato sauce, reduce to simmer and reduce about 15 minutes.
  3. Spread the meat mixture onto the pizza crust and top with broken up paneer.
  4. Bake according to crust directions.
  5. Allow to sit for 3 5 minutes before slicing.
