Chocolate-Raspberry Mousse Dessert
- 10 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 3/4 cup raspberry jam
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter in 8-inch square dish; press onto bottom of dish.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in 1/3 of the COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
- Spoon jam into medium bowl; stir until smooth.
- Gently stir in remaining COOL WHIP; spread over pudding layer.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
