Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil chicken and
  2. cut pieces from bone (or use boneless chicken breasts).
  3. Melt
  4. butter
  5. and
  6. keep
  7. in
  8. separate bowl. Crush one roll of
  9. Ritz
  10. crackers
  11. and press in bottom of pan. Pour 1/2 of
  12. the
  13. butter
  14. mixture
  15. over
  16. the crushed crackers. Break up the chicken pieces
  17. and layer them in the dish on top of cracker crumbs.
  18. Mix
  19. sour cream and soup; pour over chicken. Crush next
  20. roll
  21. of
  22. crackers
  23. and
  24. sprinkle
  25. over
  26. soup mixture. Pour remainder
  27. of margarine over the top.
  28. Sprinkle top with poppy seed.
  29. Bake
  30. for 30 to 40 minutes at 350u0b0 until bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
