Chicken With Rice and Beans
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) canof light red kidney beans, drained
- 1 12 cups long grain rice
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 12 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 tablespoon cayenne pepper, according to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients in rice cooker.
- May want to adjust the chili powder and cayenne to taste.
- It will be spicy.
- Stir all ingredients.
- Set rice cooker to cook once it goes to the warm setting it is ready to serve.
