Ray's' Strawberry Wonton Crisp
- 1 poppy seeds
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 sugar
- 1 pinch anaise seeds
- 1 strawberrys
- 1/2 pints fresh whipping cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 box Hershey white chocolate instant pudding
- 1 chocolate syrup for garnish
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 wonton wrappers
- Start by slicing your strawberrys as you like.
- Add whipping cream, sugar & pudding to a bowl whip on high speed till thickened
- Wontons: I sprinkle cinnamon/sugar/poppyseed/ and a pinch of anaise seed in a small bowl mix well.
- (Theres no precise measurements since it's your choice how much you like).
- With your fingers slightly wet wonton wrapper all around dip into sugar mixture do the same to other side.
- Fry on low heat till golden crisp.
- DRAIN on paper towel.
- Now assemble.
- Enjoy!
