Hurricane Chocolate Muffins
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 14 cup cocoa
- 18 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 14 cup oil
- 14 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F 180 C.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Combine the two, but do not over mix, just bring together.
- Divide the mixture into 6 lined muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 F 180 C for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
