Balsamic Blue Cheese Crowd Pleasing Dip.
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 12 ounces silken soft tofu or 2 cups mayonnaise
- 12 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 5 ounces crumbled blue cheese (to taste)
- baby carrots, and crisp veggies for dipping
- To blender add all ingredients except blue cheese and veggies.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add blue cheese and pulse to desired consistency.
- We like it hunky!
- Best to refrigerate overnight but not required.
- Serve with fresh dippable veggies.
