Smooth Egg-Free Matcha Ice Cream

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on the stove.
  2. Keep stirring with a whisk until it has thick consistency.
  3. Then remove from the heat and set aside to cool down.
  4. In the bowl, whip heavy cream until thickened.
  5. Then add Step 1 and combine.
  6. Pour into a container and chill for 3 to 4 hours in the freezer.
  7. Once its frozen, it's done!
