Becky's Italian Style Meatloaf

  1. Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add egg beaters, ketchup, ranch dressing, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add remaining dry ingredients.
  4. Mix together with a large spoon or hands.
  5. Form into a loaf shape on a greased cookie sheet, or spread into a loaf pan.
  6. If desired, spread pasta sauce on top of loaf.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
