Becky's Italian Style Meatloaf
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 34 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for top of loaf)
- 14 cup pasta sauce (optional)
- Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
- Add egg beaters, ketchup, ranch dressing, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
- Add remaining dry ingredients.
- Mix together with a large spoon or hands.
- Form into a loaf shape on a greased cookie sheet, or spread into a loaf pan.
- If desired, spread pasta sauce on top of loaf.
- Sprinkle with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
