BBQ Brat Sandwiches
- 1 whole Sweet Onion (large)
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- Seasoning Salt (I Use Lawry's)
- 1 package (16 To 20 Oz. Package) Bratwurst (I Use Beef, You Could Easily Substitute Another Type Of Brat, Or Use Sweet Italian Sausage)
- 1 package (12 To 14 Oz. Package) Brat Or Hot Dog Buns
- 1 bottle (18 Oz. Bottle) BBQ Sauce (I Use Sweet Baby Ray's - It's Amazing)

- Fire up grill.
- 2.
- Slice onion very thinly, and saute with butter, pepper, and seasoning salt to taste.
- I choose to leave a bit of crunch to my onions for this sandwich, so I stop sauteing before they are completely caramelized.

- Grill brats.
- 4.
- Serve brats in buns, topped with sauteed onions and BBQ sauce.
