Whole Wheat Couscous With Vegetables and Chick Peas

  1. Steam Broccoli and Carrot, set aside.
  2. Heat Margarine, in a stock pot over medium high heat.
  3. Add the onion, pepper and onion.
  4. Saute for 3 minutes.
  5. Add seasonings to the vegetables and stir to combine.
  6. Add broth and bring mixture to a boil.
  7. Stir in couscous.
  8. Cover and remove the pot from the heat.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  10. Add the vegetables and peas.
  11. Stir to combine.
