Summer Garden Vegetable Medley

  1. Prepare all vegetables and drain.
  2. Place butter and vegetables in a large skillet.
  3. Add water, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and steam cook 12 minutes, until just tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in cheese and croutons.
  6. Serve at once.
