- Cooked pasta (elbow noodles or small shells work best)
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Tuna
- Sweet peas
- Shallots, diced
- Dijon mustard, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Mix all ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
