Double Cheese BOCA Burger

• 48 each BOCA All-American Burgers
• 1-1/2 qt. marinara sauce, warmed
• 48 each hamburger buns, split, toasted
• 48 slices low moisture part skim milk mozzarella cheese, sliced
• 1 cup sliced pitted black olives

1. Cook burgers as directed on package.
2. For each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp.
3. marinara sauce onto cut sides of bun.
4. Place burger on bottom half of bun; top with 1 cheese slice and 1 tsp.
5. olives.
6. Cover with top of bun.
