Bonefish Grill Yellow Coconut Curry Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 20 minutes.
  4. Puree sauce in a blender until smooth.
  5. Reheat and serve over simply grilled fish.
