Banana Nut Breakfast Cake

  1. Mix flour, cereal and baking powder in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Beat margarine or butter and brown sugar with mixer in medium bowl until creamy; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Add milk and vanilla alternately with flour mixture, beating until smooth.
  4. Spread batter into lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
  5. Top with Crumb Topping.
  6. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  8. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze, if desired.
