Easy Carrot Donuts (low-allergen)
- 1/2 Carrot (grated)
- 35 grams Katakuriko
- 50 grams Tofu (no need to drain the water)
- 25 grams Shiratamako
- 20 grams Sugar
- Grate the carrot and add all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix together.
- Form into any shape and fry in oil.
