Caraway Spiked Cheese Spread

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 12 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
• 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon ground caraway seed
• 1 garlic clove, chopped

1. In a food processor combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl and dust with 1 teaspoon paprika.
