Aloo Methi Recipe

  1. In oil fry the pcs of garlic until they start to turn brown.
  2. Add in zeera and red chili.
  3. When brown add in the minced tomato and rest of the spices.
  4. When soft add in the potato.
  5. When the potatoes are half done add in methi and cook until water dries.
  6. Cook throughout on low heat.
