Aloo Methi Recipe
- 2 med sized potato peeled and cut into small, up to 3, pcs
- 1 x clove
- 1/2 tsp zeera
- 2 whl red chiles salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp haldi pwdr
- 1 tsp methi seeds
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 med tomato, minced
- In oil fry the pcs of garlic until they start to turn brown.
- Add in zeera and red chili.
- When brown add in the minced tomato and rest of the spices.
- When soft add in the potato.
- When the potatoes are half done add in methi and cook until water dries.
- Cook throughout on low heat.
