The Pink Stuff
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel Tomatoes And Green Chilies, Original
- 1 bag Fritos Scoops
- This recipe really could not be easier.
- Get out the food processor and put the chopping blade in.
- Unwrap the cream cheese and place in the bowl of the food processor.
- Open the can of Rotel and dump it in.
- Do not strain off the liquid.
- Pulse until the dip becomes a creamy pink mixture.
- If youd like more heat, use the hot Rotel or add a few jalapenos.
- I sometimes put tame jalapenos into my pink stuff at Christmas just for the festivities.
- Rip open the bag of Fritos.
- Dip, eat, repeat.
