The Pink Stuff

  1. This recipe really could not be easier.
  2. Get out the food processor and put the chopping blade in.
  3. Unwrap the cream cheese and place in the bowl of the food processor.
  4. Open the can of Rotel and dump it in.
  5. Do not strain off the liquid.
  6. Pulse until the dip becomes a creamy pink mixture.
  7. If youd like more heat, use the hot Rotel or add a few jalapenos.
  8. I sometimes put tame jalapenos into my pink stuff at Christmas just for the festivities.
  9. Rip open the bag of Fritos.
  10. Dip, eat, repeat.
