Really Fantastic Tuna Noodle Casserole

• 12 lb pasta, cooked
• 12 cup chopped celery
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup
• 12 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
• 12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 1 (16 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
• 1 egg
• 14 cups panko breadcrumbs

1. Cook pasta to box directions.
2. mix next 7 ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Add pasta while still hot.
4. Pour into 9x9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with panko.
5. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes.
