Dee's Bacon Mushroom Meatloaf

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 12 cup mushroom, chopped
• 12 cup onion, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 116 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup cheese, cubed small
• 116 cup dill pickle relish
• 4 slices bacon

1. mix all meat loaf ingredients together.
2. top with bacon
3. bake 40 minutes at 350 or until done.
