• 8 fresh American lamb rib chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
• 1/3 c. virgin extra virgin olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 c. shredded fresh basil leaves
• 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated pepper
• 1 recipe Bisto Camponata (recipe follows)
• 3/4 pound fettuccine, cooked and liquid removed
