Sweet-Orange Glazed Ham

  1. Score ham in a diamond pattern, if desired.
  2. Place ham in an aluminum foil-lined roasting pan.
  3. Stir together brown sugar, mustard, and orange juice.
  4. Pour over ham.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 140.
  6. Baste ham every 30 minutes with glaze.
  7. Remove ham, and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with remaining glaze.
