Peanut Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. nam pla (fish sauce)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Mix peanut butter and milk in medium saucepan until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Cook on medium-low heat 5 to 8 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve warm.
