Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese fluffy, add condensed milk and cream smooth.
  3. Add egg, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Arrange the raspberries on the bottom of the crust.
  5. Carefully pour the cream-cheese mix into the crust.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center almost sets.
  7. Cool.
  8. In the meantime, chop the chocolate and melt it slowly; stir in the whipping cream.
  9. Cook and stir, until the mix is smooth and thick.
  10. Cool down and pour carefully on top of the cooled cheesecake.
  11. Chill.
