Bourbon Chess Pie Recipe

  1. Cream butter with sugar and flour till light and fluffy.
  2. Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
  3. Add in liquids and flavoring and pour into crust.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min or possibly till filling is set.
  5. Pie settles after removal from oven.
  6. Please note: The alcohol burns off in the heating, only the flavor is left.
