Marinated Asparagus Salad Recipe

  1. Partially cook asparagus, removing it at the crisp tender stage.
  2. Plunge it in cool water to stop cooking.
  3. Drain and place in dish.
  4. Combine ingredients for marinade and pour mix over asparagus.
  5. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
  6. To serve, lift asparagus from marinade and place on lettuce leaves.
  7. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream (or possibly yogurt) dill weed and 3 TBSP.
  8. of reserved marinade.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Spoon dressing over asparagus.
  11. Serves 6 to 8.
