Cranberry Stuffed Acorn Squash

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Place squash cut side down in baking pan with 1/4c water in the pan.
  3. Bake for 45min until just tender.
  4. Combine stuffing ingredients and distribute evenly among squash halves.
  5. Return to oven and bake an additional 15min.
