Isle of Islay Swizzle

  1. In a collins glass, combine all of the ingredients except crushed ice and the garnish.
  2. Add crushed ice.
  3. Spin a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your hands to mix the drink.
  4. Garnish with the sage sprig.
