Simple Swordfish Kabobs

  1. Combine the fish, oli, lemon juice, garlic and paprika.
  2. Cover.
  3. Chill 8-12 hours.
  4. Heat broiler.
  5. Drain fish, reserving marinade.
  6. Thread onto soaked wooden skewers alternating with the tomatoes and onions.
  7. Season.
  8. Broil 7-10 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade.
