Honey and Mustard Potato Salad
- 500g chat / baby potatoes
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, quartered
- 1 small onion, very finely sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced into long thin strips
- chopped parsley for garnish
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.
- Combine potatoes with eggs, onion, mayonnaise, honey and mustard.
- Toss gently and serve garnished with shredded spring onion and chopped parsley.
