Football Season Nachos

  1. Brown the meat EVOO & half the Onion until brown.
  2. Drain the fat
  3. Seaaon meat & stir to combine .
  4. Add beans and hot water reduce heat & simmer
  5. Pico de Gallo : mix other half of onion with tomato, jalapeno, cilantro,lime juice and 1/2 tsp salt .
  6. Set aside
  7. In a baking pan layer nachos with meat , chips and cheese alternating colours.
  8. Bake at 325 until cheese is melted and top with pico de gallo and avocado
  9. Serve with sour cream & an ice cold beer
