Sweet Potato and Sausage Stuffing

  1. Cook sausage meat about half done, breaking it into small pieces.
  2. Add onion, apple and seasonings; continue to cook until the meat is tender.
  3. Drain off surplus fat.
  4. Combine sausage mixture with crumbs and sweet potatoes.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Place in a casserole dish.
  7. Then heat in a 350 degree F oven for approximately 45 minutes.
