Kellibou Guacamole
- 4 avocados, peeled, and seeded
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 roma tomato, seeded and diced
- 12 cup sweet white onion, minced
- 2 serrano chilies, minced
- 14 cup cilantro leaf, chopped
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- sea salt, white pepper to taste
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and remove skin.
- Cut avocados in chunks and put in medium size bowl.
- Drizzle lime juice over avocados to prevent browning.
- Add chopped onions and cilantro leaves and mash slightly together.
- Add spices.
- Fold tomatoes in last.
