Easy Salted Caramel Ice Cream

  1. Microwave caramel bits and 1/4 cup whipping cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  2. or until caramel bits are completely melted and sauce is well blended when stirred; cool.
  3. Blend remaining ingredients (including remaining whipping cream) in blender until well blended.
  4. Add caramel sauce; blend well.
  5. Pour into freezer-weight container.
  6. Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
